What AlcorOne does in a home.
AlcorOne Solutions LLP is an interior contractor, not a design studio: we draw the scope, price it as an itemised BOQ you sign, and then build it with our own supervision. For a home that usually means the modular kitchen, wardrobes, TV and crockery units, false ceilings, lighting, wall panelling, a pooja unit or room, and the civil, electrical and plumbing coordination around them. Since 2022 AlcorOne has delivered 80+ projects across South India from four offices — Chennai (head office), Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Rajamahendravaram — and runs projects in Bengaluru as well. This page is the way in: choose the kind of home and the city, look at homes we have actually finished, check what the published bands say a home costs, and send us the floor plan.
Choose your home type and city.
Each city has its own page for every kind of home, written for local buildings, rates and timelines. Villas are coordination work across floors — staircases, double-height walls, stone and lighting that have to agree with each other. Apartments are about fitting a full specification into a fixed shell, with the society's permissions in place before work starts. Complete homes cover the whole flat or house under one scope. Luxury homes are a specification question: where the budget actually goes, and what it buys. Owners who live abroad get the same project run on written weekly reports.
Homes we have actually finished.
Every home below is delivered work with its own case study — real photographs of the finished rooms, not renders. Eleven delivered homes are published so far: six in Hyderabad, three in Chennai, and one each in Bengaluru and Visakhapatnam. Design proposals that were drawn or rendered but never built are kept apart on the projects page and are not counted here.

“AlcorOne Solutions did complete interiors for my Oxygen Towers (33rd floor) apartment — kitchen, living/dining, bedrooms, wardrobes, TV unit, false ceiling and lighting. The designs were clear, execution was professional, and the final finish is premium and matched what was discussed. Very happy with the full-home result and would recommend AlcorOne.”
What a home costs.
These are the turnkey bands each city publishes for a full 2BHK and 3BHK: modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling in the key rooms and the electrical work that goes with them. They are AlcorOne's own execution rates, exclusive of GST, and each city's cost page sets out exactly what the figure covers and how finish tier moves it. A band is a starting point for a conversation; the itemised BOQ for your own floor plan is the number that binds, and nothing on it changes without your written sign-off.
| City | 2 BHK | 3 BHK | Scope and basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hyderabad | ₹10–15 lakh | ₹15–25 lakh | Hyderabad cost page |
| Chennai | ₹10.5–16 lakh | ₹16–26 lakh | Chennai cost page |
| Bengaluru | ₹10.5–16 lakh | ₹16–26 lakh | Bengaluru cost page |
| Visakhapatnam | ₹5–9 lakh | ₹8–14 lakh | Visakhapatnam cost page |
| Rajamahendravaram | ₹5–9 lakh | ₹8–14 lakh | Rajamahendravaram cost page |
Typical programmes, from the same published figures: 12–14 weeks for an apartment or full home, 14–20 weeks for a villa — both scope-dependent, with the date set by scope sign-off and site readiness. Comparing quotations? The BOQ template shows what an itemised quote should contain.
How a residential project runs.
Six stages, in the same order on every home. The full detail of each stage is on how a project runs.
Enquiry and scoping
A call with a principal, not a call centre. Scope room by room, a realistic budget range, and whether the property is ready for work.
Site measurement
Measured on site, not off the builder's plan. Wall lengths, ceiling height, beam positions, existing electrical and plumbing points.
Design and drawings
Layout, 3D visuals, then the drawings that get built from: dimensioned elevations, sections, finish schedule, point layouts.
Line-item BOQ and contract
Quantities, units, rates, material grades and written exclusions. Signed before anything is ordered. This is the document the project is run against.
Procurement and fabrication
Material ordered against the signed grades and checked on arrival. Carcass and shutters fabricated in the workshop, not cut in your living room.
Site execution and handover
Sequenced across civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, finishing and installation, with a weekly written report. Snagging closed before final payment.
If you can't be on site.
Many owners are in another city or another country while their home is built. Every AlcorOne project sends the owner a written weekly report: hours worked each day, the task each day produced, commitments outstanding on both sides, anything that cost the programme time, and dated photographs of the site. The format does not change depending on how the week went. A real one is published in full on the weekly progress report page, so you can judge it before you engage anyone. Each city also has a page for owners abroad, and Hyderabad has a checklist for NRI owners.
Questions about home interiors.
Which cities does AlcorOne do residential interiors in?
Five: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam and Rajamahendravaram. AlcorOne has four offices — Chennai (head office), Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Rajamahendravaram — and also runs projects in Bengaluru. Each city has its own pages for villas, apartments, complete homes, luxury homes, owners abroad and cost, linked in the table above.
What does a 2BHK or 3BHK home interior cost with AlcorOne?
It depends on the city. The published turnkey bands are ₹10–15 lakh for a 2BHK and ₹15–25 lakh for a 3BHK in Hyderabad; ₹10.5–16 lakh and ₹16–26 lakh in Chennai and Bengaluru; and ₹5–9 lakh and ₹8–14 lakh in Visakhapatnam and Rajamahendravaram. All are AlcorOne execution rates, exclusive of GST, and each city's cost page sets out the scope behind them. The itemised BOQ for your own home is the figure that binds.
How long does a home interior project take?
Typically 12–14 weeks for an apartment or full home and 14–20 weeks for a villa. Both depend on scope: the date is set by scope sign-off and site readiness, and for villas also by finish complexity.
Can I see homes AlcorOne has actually finished?
Yes. Eleven delivered homes are published as case studies — six in Hyderabad, three in Chennai, and one each in Bengaluru and Visakhapatnam — with photographs or on-site video. Design proposals that were never built are listed separately on the projects page and are not counted among them.
Can AlcorOne run my home interiors while I live abroad?
Yes. Every AlcorOne project sends the owner a written weekly report: hours worked each day, the task each day produced, commitments outstanding on both sides, anything that cost the programme time, and dated photographs of the site. A real report is published in full on the remote progress reports page so you can judge the format before you engage anyone.
Is the price a fixed package or an itemised quote?
An itemised BOQ that you sign: materials, finish specifications and exclusions are listed line by line, and nothing moves from the budget you approved without your written sign-off. A package fixes a rate per square foot; a BOQ fixes what you are actually getting.
Also from AlcorOne.
Offices, restaurants, retail and kiosks are built the same way, against a signed BOQ and programmed to an opening date.
