Association clearance
Where the building has an association, expect a written NOC, a worker list, a declared completion date and a refundable deposit against common-area damage. We assemble it before mobilising.
Permissions, a lift that may not take a full-height shutter, and a builder handover with defects nobody has documented. Those three things decide whether an apartment fit-out runs to schedule, and all three are settled at survey rather than discovered in week one.

Where the building has an association, expect a written NOC, a worker list, a declared completion date and a refundable deposit against common-area damage. We assemble it before mobilising.
Full-height wardrobe shutters frequently do not fit a residential lift car. We measure the lift and stairwell turning radius at survey and split panel sizes accordingly, rather than trimming panels on site.
Lift interiors, lobby flooring and corridor walls covered before the first delivery. Damage to shared property is the commonest reason a deposit is withheld and a project turns adversarial.
BWP IS:710 in kitchen and bathroom wet zones, MR or BWR in bedroom wardrobes and TV units. Humid but inland, so no marine-grade blanket.
Hollow tiles, uneven plaster and plumbing shifts photographed and reported before joinery covers them. Once a wardrobe is fixed against a seeping wall, that wall stops being anyone's problem to fix.
Painting, polishing and anything needing a dry substrate is planned around the June-to-October monsoon rather than pushed through it.
No completed Rajamahendravaram apartment yet. This is delivered Vizag work, in the same state.

Standards, regulatory registries, and manufacturer references that back the material grades, pricing framework, and compliance points in this guide:
No completed local project yet. We have an Aditya Nagar office and work this market, and our delivered apartment work is in Hyderabad, Chennai, Vizag and Bengaluru. Vizag is the nearest and in the same state, so its project page is the fairest reference for the standard you would get.
Six to nine weeks for a full turnkey scope from a cleared flat, plus honest allowance for any long-lead item freighted in from Vizag or Hyderabad. Restricted building working hours are the other variable. Factory-built modular components cut on-site time substantially compared with fully site-built carpentry.
Where the building has an association, yes — typically a written NOC, a worker list with ID, a declared completion date and a refundable damage deposit. Smaller buildings here are often less formal than in the metros, but we confirm the requirements at survey rather than assume, because a project stopped at the gate loses a week that never comes back.
We have not published a local band, because we do not yet have the project history here to base one on. The nearest published Andhra Pradesh reference is Vizag at ₹5–9 lakh for a 2BHK and ₹8–14 lakh for a 3BHK, August 2026 rates, exclusive of GST. Lower local labour rates and freight on specialist materials pull in opposite directions, so we price from survey and an itemised BOQ.
We document them in writing with photographs and flag them before joinery covers the area. Rectification is your claim against the builder under the sale agreement, not ours to absorb. What we will not do is install a wardrobe against a wall with active seepage, because that guarantees a failure the interior contractor gets blamed for.
A site team reporting to our Aditya Nagar office in the city. That is the specific thing we offer here that a firm running the job from Hyderabad or Vizag does not, and it matters most when a material arrives to the wrong specification or a site condition contradicts the drawing.
Share the floor plan plus whatever the building requires from a contractor. We will return an itemised BOQ, a grade schedule by zone, and a programme that names the long-lead items.
