Not the finish catalogue — both tiers specify veneer and acrylic. The difference is joinery designed to the specific space rather than adapted from standard modular sizes, higher-grade or imported hardware, stone and metal detailing that requires dry-fit approval, and a programme that sequences joinery, stone, glass and lighting as one trade instead of four.
It does when substrate and hardware are specified for the climate. The failures we get called to inspect are rarely finish failures — they are veneer lifting off a board that moved, or rust bleeding through a light shutter from a plated screw. Marine-grade substrate in wet and outdoor-facing zones, stainless fasteners, and properly sealed end grain are what let a premium finish hold here.
