What we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, and how to exercise your rights.

Effective 13 July 2026AlcorOne Solutions LLP

This policy explains how AlcorOne Solutions LLP ("AlcorOne", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.alcorone.com or submit a project inquiry.

Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

  • Information you give us. When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, project type, property type, budget range, timeline, and any photos or PDF briefs you choose to upload.
  • Information recorded with your submission. Alongside the details above, we record the IP address the submission was sent from and the date and time it was received. We use this only to trace duplicate or abusive submissions. It is stored with the enquiry record and appears in the internal notification email sent to our team.
  • Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel set cookies and collect standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source.

Why we collect it

  • Lead follow-up. Your contact details and project brief let our team review your requirement and respond with a scope or estimate.
  • Site analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand which pages and services visitors find useful, so we can improve the site.
  • Remarketing. The Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tag let us measure whether an ad led to an inquiry, and show relevant AlcorOne ads to people who've visited the site.

Third-party processors

We share data with the following third parties, solely for the purposes above:

  • Google Analytics / Google Ads — site analytics and ad conversion tracking.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook) — ad conversion tracking and remarketing.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data, where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
  • Withdraw consent for analytics and remarketing cookies at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and any statutory record-keeping period that follows. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' and Meta's standard retention windows.

Uploaded files. Photos and PDF briefs you attach to an inquiry are kept only while we are scoping or delivering that project. If the enquiry does not become a project, uploads are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. The IP address recorded with a submission is deleted on the same schedule as the enquiry record it belongs to.
