We started AlcorOne because most homeowners and business owners we talked to had the same complaint: a beautiful 3D render, followed by a project that quietly drifted on scope, timeline, and price the moment execution began. AlcorOne exists to close that gap — every engagement starts with a written, itemised scope (BOQ), runs through the same vendor-coordination and site-supervision process regardless of size, and ends with a documented, finish-focused handover.
Since 2022 that's meant residential apartments and villas, corporate offices, retail storefronts, and commercial fit-outs across ten cities in South India — run by the same two-person accountable team from first call to final snag-list closure, not handed off between a sales team and a separate execution crew.
