Have you delivered a showroom in Bengaluru?
No, and we have not delivered a large-format showroom in any city. The closest completed work is display counters and integrated lighting on a Chennai cafe, plus reception and panelling detailing on two Chennai offices. Our only delivered Bengaluru project is a villa interior. If a delivered showroom is a hard requirement, we would rather you knew before shortlisting us.
How long does a showroom fit-out take in Bengaluru?
Six to twelve weeks for a typical large-format showroom in a shell unit. Facade and glazing lead times, plus brand-standard approvals where a franchise manual applies, are usually the critical path rather than the joinery. Custom glazing and imported signage should be ordered before internal work begins.
Why is showroom lighting treated as a separate discipline?
Because it is what actually sells the product and the hardest thing to correct later. Colour temperature, colour rendering index and beam angle need specifying against the product category — jewellery needs high-CRI accent lighting at tight beam angles, apparel needs even neutral fill, polished surfaces need reflection control. Retrofitting the right fitting into finished joinery means opening it up again.
Can you execute to a franchise or brand manual?
Yes. We produce shop drawings, material submittals and mock-ups for brand approval and build to the manual. Where the manual specifies something that will not perform in the position called for, we raise it in writing with a compliant alternative rather than install a known failure and hand over the consequence.
Can the showroom trade while part of it is refurbished?
Often yes, in zones, with hoarding and out-of-hours work for anything noisy or dusty. Facade and entrance work is the exception and usually needs a short closure or a temporary entrance. We would rather plan that with you upfront than promise continuous trading and request a shutdown halfway through.
What does a showroom fit-out cost in Bengaluru?
Too scope-dependent to publish. A tiles or furniture showroom needing simple display and good general lighting is a different order of cost from a jewellery showroom needing high-CRI accent lighting, security detailing and premium finishes. We price from an itemised BOQ after survey, separating facade, lighting, display joinery and back-of-house.
