📐 Scoped, itemised quote
Start with a scoped quote. Not a round number.
AlcorOne runs itemised BOQs, transparent timelines, and one accountable team from scope to handover — for apartments and villas across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Vizag.

A principal calls you back the same working day, 10:00–19:00 IST. No spam, no shared data — ever.
What happens after you send this form
- A callback the same working day. A short scope conversation — which rooms are in play, whether it is a bare shell or a refit, and the date you need to move in.
- Floor plan or site visit. Send the plan and we work from it. For an occupied home we measure on site instead.
- An itemised BOQ, not a lump sum. Every line priced on its own, so you can see what a number buys and strike anything you do not want.
- One accountable team through handover. Weekly photo updates while work runs, and a documented handover at the end.
What “itemised” means on our BOQ
- Carcass material named by grade — BWP, BWR or HDHMR — not just “plywood”.
- Shutter finish specified as laminate, acrylic or veneer, with the brand.
- Hardware listed by make and model, hinges and channels included.
- Per-unit rates, so a change in scope moves one line rather than the whole quote.
- Exclusions written down — civil work, electrical shifts and false-ceiling drops stated up front rather than raised mid-project.
Worth reading before you decide
You do not need to talk to us to get the numbers. These guides carry the same rates we quote from:
- What home interiors cost in Hyderabad — per sq ft ranges and how to compare two quotations.
- Wardrobe cost per sq ft — sliding versus hinged, and the costs that hide in the detail.
- BWP vs BWR vs MDF — which board belongs in a kitchen, and why it matters more in coastal cities.
- Completed projects — the delivered work behind these numbers.
