What “itemised” means on our BOQ

• Carcass material named by grade — BWP, BWR or HDHMR — not just “plywood”.
• Shutter finish specified as laminate, acrylic or veneer, with the brand.
• Hardware listed by make and model, hinges and channels included.
• Per-unit rates, so a change in scope moves one line rather than the whole quote.
• Exclusions written down — civil work, electrical shifts and false-ceiling drops stated up front rather than raised mid-project.
