Are you kiosk manufacturers in Hyderabad, or a fit-out contractor?
A fit-out contractor that fabricates. AlcorOne builds the unit off site in its own workshop — CNC-cut carcass, machine edge-banding, cladding, counter and pre-wired electricals — then delivers and assembles it in the mall. What AlcorOne is not is a stock-kiosk supplier: there is no catalogue of ready units to buy off the shelf. Every kiosk is built to the footprint, height restriction and power position of one specific site.
How long does a mall kiosk take to fabricate and install in Hyderabad?
Two to three weeks from a signed BOQ, most of which is workshop time. The install itself is usually one or two overnight windows, because a trading mall releases the concourse only after closing. The programme is therefore set by the fabrication schedule rather than by site days.
What does a mall kiosk cost in Hyderabad?
The published range is ₹2,500 to ₹4,000 per sq ft, covering the fabricated unit, its finishes, signage and electricals. The binding figure comes from an itemised BOQ against the surveyed footprint and the mall's own restrictions, not from the range alone.
What has to be confirmed before fabrication starts?
Five things: the exact footprint, the mall's height restriction, the power tie-in point and allocated load, the finished floor level the unit sits on, and how the unit will reach the concourse — service lift dimensions or the delivery route. All five are confirmed before anything is cut, because a fabricated unit cannot be trimmed to fit once it is on the floor.
How is a kiosk different from an inline mall unit?
A kiosk is mostly a factory-build problem; an inline unit is mostly an approvals and night-shift problem. A kiosk is fabricated off site, delivered and assembled in a very short window, so dimensional precision carries the risk. An inline unit is built in place behind hoarding across many night windows, and the centre's approval process governs it.
What warranty covers a fabricated kiosk?
The same three tiers as any AlcorOne work, stated separately because they expire at different times: ten years on the plywood carcass against delamination, borer attack and manufacturing defect, conditional on the board grade in the signed BOQ being what was supplied — BWP to IS 710 in wet zones, BWR to IS 303 above splash; one year on installation and workmanship; and the manufacturer's own term on hardware, fittings and appliances.
