Does a low ceiling height rule out a false ceiling?
No — shallow 9-ft rooms can still take a flush or low-drop design; deeper coves, rafts and coffered grids need 10–11 ft or more, which the catalogue notes design by design.

How is a residential false ceiling paid for?
Projects start on a 20% deposit of the total contract value, adjusted against the final invoice. The balance is released against milestones tied to progress — material procurement, civil and carpentry completion, finishing and handover — and the exact milestone schedule is written into each project's payment schedule, because it moves with size, scope and site condition. Published rates are exclusive of GST. On a full-home programme the ceiling is one line in the BOQ rather than its own contract, and it is sequenced before painting and after electrical routing.
How long does a residential false ceiling take?
It is sequenced within the wider programme rather than quoted as a standalone duration, because cove lighting and profile work depend on the electrical layout being settled first. The overall date is confirmed in writing at BOQ stage.
