Tadepalligudem is the geographic centre of the district and its biggest market centre, sitting on the main trunk rail line. It is where material for the rollout is consolidated before dispatch, which makes it the one site where inbound supply is effectively same-day.
A larger customer hall and more officer positions than the mandal-centre branches, with queue circulation planned for a market-town footfall pattern rather than an agricultural catchment's. Counter and cabin details still follow the programme standard.
