A color-blocked canopy structure
The kiosk's frame was built and finished in the brand's own color blocking, giving the unit a distinct identity against the neighbouring food-court counters without needing a full storefront footprint.
AlcorOne Solutions built a food-court kiosk for Madurai Famous Jigarthanda in a Chennai mall — a color-blocked canopy structure with backlit counter panels, and signage installed inside the mall's access windows.

Backlit panels along the counter carry the brand's product photography and menu boards, lit for visibility across a busy food court. Panels were built as assemblies and wired on site rather than fabricated in place.
The brand's signage — from the illuminated fascia to the counter-front branding — was installed on site, sequenced into the access windows the mall permits for kiosk work in a live trading environment.

Kalyaan and Pradeep are the two principals of AlcorOne Solutions, which they co-founded in 2022. Kalyaan owns cost estimation and the itemised BOQ every engagement is quoted against; Pradeep owns delivery — site survey, vendor sequencing, on-site supervision, snag closure and handover. Between them they have run 80+ turnkey residential, villa and commercial fit-outs across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam and Rajamahendravaram; 22 of those are published as case studies on this site.
AlcorOne Solutions executed the food-court kiosk for Madurai Famous Jigarthanda in a Chennai mall — the color-blocked canopy structure, the backlit counter panels, and the signage install — under one accountable execution team, working inside the mall's permitted access windows.
A kiosk build: the color-blocked canopy structure, backlit counter panels, and the brand's signage installed on site. As with other mall kiosk work, framing and panel assemblies were largely built off site and brought in for installation, so floor time went to erection and finishing rather than fabrication.
A mall kiosk or counter runs roughly ₹2,500 to ₹4,000 per sq ft in South India, depending on the structure, glazing and backlit panel content and how much equipment the counter carries. Mall units price above equivalent high-street work because of restricted access windows, mall-mandated fire and MEP vendors, and fit-out deposits. See the published mall store fit-out cost table for the full breakdown.
Yes. Completed mall work includes counters in Kukatpally and Gachibowli, the La Pino'z Pizza outlet at Q City Gachibowli, the Cha Republic kiosk at Aparna Neo Mall in Shamshabad, and this Madurai Famous Jigarthanda kiosk in Chennai. Mall units are delivered to the centre's fit-out manual, with site work programmed around the access windows the mall allows.
