This page carries a written weekly progress update until handover. ## An agri-industrial town on the delta, on a heavily used rail route. ### Customer hall and counters A customer-facing hall with waiting seating, counter joinery and document-handling positions, built to the same counter specification used at every branch on this rollout so the customer experience does not vary by town. ### Officer workstations and manager cabin Open officer workstations planned around daylight and customer sightlines, plus a branch manager cabin with the acoustic separation a lending conversation needs. Electrical and data routing is set out before carpentry starts rather than chased into finished panelling. ### Delta-grade moisture specification Tanuku sits in the humid Godavari delta, so carcass boards in moisture-exposed positions and all visible hardware are specified for that environment — the same reasoning behind our guidance on anti-corrosive hardware and BWP versus BWR board grades. ## Weekly updates from the Tanuku site. Tanuku is one of the district's established agri-industrial towns — Andhra Sugars is headquartered here, and the railway station sees heavy daily traffic toward Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Hyderabad. For a fit-out that means good inbound material access but a working town centre, so deliveries and noisy work are sequenced around branch and street hours.
