AlcorOne Solutions is executing branch office fit-outs at seven locations across the erstwhile West Godavari district — Tanuku, Ganapavaram, Narsapuram and Tadepalligudem in West Godavari district, and Chintalapudi, Koyyalagudem and Jangareddygudem in Eluru district. Each site has its own page, updated every week with photographs and percentage complete until handover. ## Seven branches on one standard, not seven improvised jobs. ### One BOQ standard across all seven Every branch is quoted and built against the same itemised bill of quantities — same board grades, same hardware brands, same laminate and paint specifications — so a customer-facing counter in Koyyalagudem is built to the identical spec as the one in Tanuku. It also means a rate agreed once applies across the rollout instead of being renegotiated site by site. ### Material logistics planned from the region, not from a metro Boards, hardware and finishes are consolidated and dispatched from the Rajahmundry–Tadepalligudem corridor rather than trucked in per site from Hyderabad or Chennai. Tadepalligudem is the district's largest market centre and sits on the main trunk rail line, which is what makes a seven-site rollout in this belt practical at all. ### Delta and upland sites get different substrate specs The four delta sites sit in humid, flood-prone deltaic lowland; the three Eluru-district sites sit on well-drained red loam in the Eastern Ghats foothills and are largely not flood-prone. That is a real specification difference — moisture-exposed carcass and hardware selection is treated differently in Narsapuram than in Jangareddygudem, not copied across. ### Staggered mobilisation, one supervision team Seven simultaneous sites would mean seven thin supervision presences. Sites are sequenced so that carpentry, electrical and finishing crews move between them in a planned order, with our own supervisor on each site during its active phases rather than a subcontractor reporting by phone. ### A written weekly report per site, not a photo dump Each branch gets the same weekly written record we produce for every client — tasks closed, hours on site, percentage complete, and photographs. The public version of that record is what you are reading on each site page; the client receives the full report. ### Status is stated, never implied A site page says 'awaiting mobilisation' until we are actually on site, and 'in progress' until the day it is handed over. No site on this programme is described as completed work until its own page carries a completed badge — a rule we apply across every project page on this site. ## 7 sites across West Godavari & Eluru. We publish a client's name only with their written consent. This is an NBFC branch network and consent to name it has not been given yet, so the programme is published anonymously — no name, no logo, and no photograph showing exterior signage or branding. If and when the client approves, the name will be added to these same pages without changing any URL. ### Why do the pages say two different districts when this is a West Godavari programme? Because of the April 2022 Andhra Pradesh district reorganisation. Tanuku, Ganapavaram, Narsapuram and Tadepalligudem remain in West Godavari district, while Chintalapudi, Koyyalagudem and Jangareddygudem now fall under the newly formed Eluru district. All seven sit inside the erstwhile West Godavari district, which is why the programme is still described that way, but each site page states its correct present-day district. ### How often are these pages actually updated? Once a week per active site, for as long as that site is running. An update carries the date, the percentage complete, a written note on what moved that week, and site photographs. Weeks where little moved are still published with the reason, because a progress record that only shows good weeks is not a progress record. ### Why is there no detail about the strong room, cash handling or security fit-out? Deliberately. Publishing the layout, hardware or specification of security-relevant areas in a lending branch would be irresponsible while the branches are operating, so that scope is referred to only as a secure back-office area. It is fully detailed in the client's BOQ and their own records. ### Can AlcorOne take on a multi-site rollout outside this region? Yes.
