The 22 in the three sections below are the ones published with photography, video or a written case study; the remainder are unpublished, mostly because the client asked for privacy or because no usable photo record was made at handover. The three sections above it are. Homes and villas, office fit-outs and retail or F&B fit-outs are all delivered projects. Three design proposals — drawings and renders for projects that were not awarded or not built — are listed separately at the foot of the page, and the in-progress branch programme states its own status on every page. ### Why are only 23 of 80+ projects published? Because those are the ones with a usable record. The remainder are unpublished either because the client asked for privacy or because no usable photo record was made at handover. We would rather publish 23 with evidence than 80 without. ### How long do commercial fit-outs actually take? The published ones give real figures: Vridhi in Siruseri, a 600 sq ft premium office, took five weeks; Tai Tai restaurant in Hyderabad six weeks; Vedant Petrochem in Hyderabad roughly ten weeks; KG360 in Chennai, at 5,450 sq ft, roughly twelve weeks from signed scope to handover. Programme length tracks area and scope, not city. ### Can I see a project while it is still running? Yes. Seven NBFC branch office fit-outs across the West Godavari and Eluru districts — Tanuku, Ganapavaram, Narsapuram, Tadepalligudem, Chintalapudi, Koyyalagudem and Jangareddygudem — each have their own page carrying a written weekly progress update until handover. ### Do you have delivered work outside Hyderabad? Yes. Chennai (OMR Residence, Sri Vaikuntam Ramaniyam, Ozone home interiors, KG360 and Vridhi offices), Visakhapatnam (Rajendra Residence, a fourteen-week programme), and Bengaluru (a multi-level villa). Hyderabad carries the largest published share, not the only one. ### What does a residential case study show?
